Main Line Real Estate. Clear Strategy. Personal Guidance
Buying or selling on Philadelphia’s Main Line? I help buyers and sellers in Lower Merion, Haverford, Radnor and Tredyffrin/Easttown make informed real estate decisions using local market data, neighborhood knowledge and nearly four decades of experience.
“The market doesn’t determine my success. It determines my strategy.”
Are You Buying or Selling on the Main Line?
Whether you are preparing to sell a home or thinking about buying one, the right strategy depends on your specific neighborhood, price range, finances and timing. I use local market data, property-level analysis and nearly four decades of Main Line experience to help you understand your options and decide what to do next.
How Do You Sell a Home on the Main Line?
A home should not just be listed. It should be launched. My seller strategy is built around Preparation, Pricing and Promotion, then adjusted as we study showing activity, competing listings, buyer feedback and actual market response. The goal is to position your home so buyers recognize its value and feel compelled to act.
What Should You Know Before Buying a Home on the Main Line?
Buying well starts before you fall in love with a house. I help buyers understand what they can comfortably afford, evaluate neighborhoods and properties, calculate the full cost of ownership, identify negotiating leverage and decide when to compete, when to negotiate and when to walk away.
Where Should You Live on Philadelphia’s Main Line?
The Main Line is not one real estate market. Home prices, taxes, inventory, housing styles, commute options and community character can vary significantly from one school district and neighborhood to another. I focus most closely on Lower Merion, Haverford, Radnor and Tredyffrin/Easttown, helping buyers compare communities and helping sellers understand how their location affects value and buyer demand.

Main Line & Nearby Communities
My primary focus is Philadelphia’s Main Line, especially the Lower Merion, Haverford, Radnor and Tredyffrin/Easttown school districts. I also represent buyers and sellers throughout Montgomery, Delaware, Chester and Philadelphia counties, including Newtown Square, Lansdowne, Center City, Fishtown and South Philadelphia. Whether you are a past client, referral or new client, you receive the same clear guidance, careful market analysis and personal attention.
More Than Houses: Hats. Homes. Hospitality.
People throughout the Main Line know me as “The Hat Lady,” but the hats are only part of the story. My food tours, neighborhood videos, community stories and support for local businesses reflect the way I work: I take the time to understand the places I serve, not just the houses in them.
That local knowledge helps buyers compare communities more confidently and helps sellers communicate the lifestyle and location surrounding their home.

Experience, Strategy and Relationships That Last
Licensed since October 14, 1987, and recognized as a Main Line Today magazine Power Woman, I bring nearly four decades of real estate experience to every client relationship.
I believe the best measure of my work is not simply what happens at closing. It is whether clients continue to trust me long after the transaction is over.
Ready to Talk About Your Next Move?
